The Lucille and Edward R. Roybal Foundation was founded in 1985 to commemorate the legacy of leadership and community service of its founders, the late Congressman Edward R. Roybal and Mrs. Lucille Beserra Roybal.

The Roybal Foundation continues to offer relevant programs, events, resources, internships and opportunities that support and develop a new generation of leaders who continue the legacy of our Founders to engage with, empower and serve the community.
The Roybal Foundation partners and collaborates with corporations, educational institutions, non-profit organizations and foundations to provide opportunities to strengthen our community.
